The Galleria Dallas location of Uncle Sharkii is owned and operated by the dynamic duo of Franchisee Siphaphone (Sipa) Meacham and co-owner Rose Ngo. Sipa brings with her a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having successfully launched multiple ventures as a seasoned multi-unit franchisee. Her keen eye for operational excellence and her passion for entrepreneurship make her an invaluable asset to the Uncle Sharkii family.
Alongside Sipa, Rose Ngo contributes her extensive experience from the corporate world, where she specialized in Tech Ops within a Fortune 10 company. Rose’s career in corporate and nonprofit leadership has equipped her with exceptional skills in strategic management and team empowerment. Together, Sipa and Rose are poised to make the Galleria Dallas location a thriving success, delivering the top-notch service and mouth-watering poke bowls that Uncle Sharkii is known for.
