With our backgrounds in hospitality and strategic management, we saw an opportunity to bring a fresh and convenient dining option to the Houston and Dallas markets. What has been the most rewarding part of running your Uncle Sharkii poke bar locations?

How did you overcome the closing of the Sugar Land location, and what made you push forward?
Sipa & Rose: Closing our Sugar Land location was a difficult decision, but it was necessary for the long-term sustainability of our poke bowl franchise business.
